Financial Manager The company RBK Aviation in Prague, engaged in the international trade of aviation spare parts, invites a financial manager to manage current financial processes, interact with external accountants and implement AI tools. Responsibilities: * Control of receivables and payables - Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP). * Preparing, checking and sending Statements of Account to clients. * Preparation and execution of payments in agreement with management. * Planning and control of Cash Flow * Collection and verification of invoices and primary documentation. * Interaction with external accountants: transfer of documents and data, responses to requests and coordination of the preparation of financial statements. * ⁠Checking the correctness of invoices, payments and settlements in the accounting system. * Analysis of financial and administrative processes, identifying opportunities for automation. * Selection and implementation of accounting software and AI tools to automate the processing of documents and financial data, their verification and exchange with external accountants. Requirements: * Experience in finance, accounting or management accounting. * Experience with accounting software. * Practical experience in implementing tools and automating work processes. * Confident Excel skills. * Confident command of English, Russian and Czech languages. * Analytical thinking, attentiveness, organization and independence. * The right to work in the Czech Republic. Experience with automation and systems integration tools will be an advantage. Terms: *Working schedule - 5 days a week. * Work in an international team in Prague. * Training in internal company processes and management support. * Ability to propose and implement solutions to improve work processes. Финансовый менеджер Компания RBK Aviation в Праге, занимающаяся международной торговлей авиационными запчастями, приглашает финансового менеджера для ведения текущих финансовых процессов, взаимодействия с внешними бухгалтерами и внедрения AI-инструментов. Обязанности: * Контроль дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности — Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP). * Подготовка, проверка и отправка клиентам Statements of Account. * Подготовка и проведение платежей по согласованию с руководством. * Планирование и контроль Cash Flow * Сбор и проверка инвойсов и первичной документации. * Взаимодействие с внешними бухгалтерами: передача документов и данных, ответы на запросы и координация подготовки бухгалтерской отчётности. * ⁠Проверка корректности инвойсов, платежей и взаиморасчётов в учётной системе. * Анализ финансовых и административных процессов, выявление возможностей для автоматизации. * Подбор и внедрение бухгалтерского ПО и AI-инструментов для автоматизации обработки документов и финансовых данных, их проверки и обмена с внешними бухгалтерами. Требования: * Опыт работы в финансах, бухгалтерии или управленческом учёте. * Опыт работы с бухгалтерскими программами — accounting software. * Практический опыт внедрения инструментов и автоматизации рабочих процессов. * Уверенное владение Excel. * Уверенное владение английским, русским и чешским языками. * Аналитическое мышление, внимательность, организованность и самостоятельность. * Право на работу в Чехии. Опыт работы с инструментами автоматизации и интеграции систем будет преимуществом.
