What's new

What is changing in SkillsRouter and why — for job seekers and employers.

  1. · For job seekers

City names in jobs match the page language

City names in job cards and job pages now use the same dictionary as the filters. Districts, streets and other location details are preserved; city and country data in search-engine markup match what is displayed.

  2. · For employers

Managing jobs on your phone is easier and safer

Dashboard action buttons now have larger touch targets. Delete is shown in red text, separate from routine actions, and still requires confirmation. Post a job comes before import in the list, and the link to your jobs in the profile is separate from Save.

  3. · For everyone

Decimal rates and salaries in Hungarian forints

You can now enter decimal pay in the form and imports, such as €14.96 per hour. HUF is available for jobs in Hungary; monthly salaries above HUF 200,000 no longer disappear from the salary display and conversion.

Tax status has three choices: net, gross and “Not stated”. If the ad does not specify it, we do not fill in an answer.

  4. · For employers

For agencies: a link for your client

The client card now has a “Create link” button: with it your client sees their jobs, views and “Apply” clicks without signing up — the same numbers as in your dashboard. Other clients and candidates are not visible through the link, and you can revoke it in one click.

  5. · For everyone

All of a company's jobs in one link

Job pages now have an “Other jobs” block: “All jobs at Just Job: 12” opens a list of only that company's or agency's jobs, and the number matches the list. You can also find jobs by searching for the company name.

  6. · For everyone

Every job now shows who is hiring

Under the job title you now see the company where you will work and, if an agency runs the recruitment, the agency too: “Drobex Logistics · via Just Job”. The job page shows who is hiring, who recruits or who signs the contract for temporary work, and who answers applications.

Why: candidates should know every party before applying. We have no anonymous jobs — the employer is always named. Agency jobs are now under the “Agency” filter, not “Direct employer”.

  7. · For employers

For agencies: clients and “who signs the contract”

If you recruit for other companies, choose “Recruiting for other companies” in your profile — a “Clients” section appears. In the job form, say who the job is for and who signs the contract with the worker: the client (recruitment) or your agency (temporary work).

The “Overview” shows what is happening for each client: published jobs, views, applications and what needs attention.

  8. · For employers

    Team and weekly summary

In “Team” you can invite colleagues by email, choose their role and remove someone who has left — they will no longer receive job emails.

Every Monday owners get an email: how many jobs are published and how many views and “Apply” clicks they had this week. You can turn it off in “Team”.

  9. · For employers

Paste a ready post — the fields fill in themselves

Copy an ad from Telegram or a website into the job form — title, city, pay, schedule and contact fill in automatically; you only check them. One post with several cities or positions becomes several jobs at once.

Pre-publication checks are faster too: fixable issues (for example, an age or gender requirement) we strike out ourselves and tell you exactly what we removed, instead of holding the job for review.
