SkillsRouter matches job openings to your skills. We collect the minimum data needed and never sell it to third parties.

You send your skills text and country voluntarily to get a shortlist. We store them so your result stays available at a permanent link. Geolocation coordinates are processed in your browser and are never sent to our server.

If you leave an email, we use it only to notify you about new matching jobs. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics (Google Analytics) loads only after you consent in the cookie banner. Before that its script is not loaded at all: no cookies are set and no data is sent. After you consent it collects anonymized visit statistics; “Decline” switches analytics off at any time and deletes its cookies.

Listing counters: for jobs posted by employers directly we count page views and clicks on “Apply” — the author of the listing needs this to see whether it works. The counter is our own: it sets no cookies, creates no visitor identifier and shares nothing with third parties — only “+1” for that particular job is stored. That is why it works regardless of your choice in the cookie banner.

Job board: we publish job openings — both posted directly to SkillsRouter and indexed from public sources. We keep only the vacancy text and a link to the original listing — we remove personal contact details (phone numbers, emails, handles) before publishing and do not store them. To have a listing removed, email hello@skillsrouter.org with the link; we will take it down.
