The text goes through a check and the job stays on the board for 30 days. You can edit it, bring it back or close it from your dashboard.
Why the pay range is required
The EU pay transparency directive requires telling a candidate the pay range before the interview, and EU countries are writing it into national law. We do not publish jobs without a range — and it is the fastest way to get applications anyway.

How much does posting cost?
Nothing. Posting, translations and placement are free: there is no paid plan for posting right now.
When does the job appear on the site?
Usually within minutes: the text is checked automatically. If the check is unsure, the job goes to manual review, which takes longer.
Which languages will people see it in?
7: English, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian. Translation is included.
Do I have to verify the company?
Not for publishing. A company profile and a signed-in account are enough.
How long does a job stay up?
30 days. After that it leaves the listings but stays in your dashboard: move it back to draft, edit it and publish it again.
How do candidates reach me?
Directly, through the contact in your listing. There is no in-platform application flow yet — we do not sit between you and the candidate.
