Duties: • International accreditation project management — planning, coordination and performance monitoring of activities necessary for compliance with standards and requirements • Coordination of quality improvement projects and implementation of standards in clinical processes • Organization and control of the process of preparation of documentation required for accreditation • Coordination of the organization's involvement in international research and the implementation of relevant projects • Planning, coordination and results monitoring of oncological disease screening projects • Coordination of cooperation with international partners, research and professional organizations • Finding new projects and collaboration opportunities, evaluating and managing the implementation of agreed initiatives • Managing other projects and processes in the network as needed • Preparation of reports, presentations and working documents on the progress and results of the projects, including in English Requirements: • Education in project management, management, business administration, healthcare management or public health preferred • Knowledge of English language at C1 level • Experience in project planning and implementation will be considered an advantage • Experience in international accreditation, quality management, research or international projects will be considered an added advantage • Willingness to develop and seek new opportunities • Ability to quickly learn a new field and apply knowledge in practice • Ability to plan, organize and work in a team • High sense of responsibility We offer: • Working schedule: standard, 5 days a week
