MEDvidi is an AI-powered telemedicine clinic in the field of mental health (300+ people, profitable, not dependent on rounds). We are building a line of AI tools for clinicians: AI Scribe, Chart Review, AI Receptionist and are looking for a designer who will take on this end-to-end track. Why is this role not like everyone else: → Prototypes are assembled in code (Claude Code / Cursor) on real components, not in Figma, your prototype goes into development without redrawing → You co-own a design system that is read by both people and AI agents → They don’t bring a brief - you go to the providers and PM yourself, find the problem and lead the solution until release Who we are looking for: — 6+ years in product design of complex operational interfaces (EHR, CRM, admin panels) — Experience in designing human-AI interaction — Prototyping in code via AI agents — English B2+ and fluent Russian Will be a plus: — Experience in healthcare / telemedicine — User research experience with doctors or clinical specialists — Experience in implementing AI tools in a design team What we offer: — Fully remote work for the long term — Medical insurance after the probationary period — 19 days of vacation + 4 wellness days + paid sick leave — Compensation for sports and health — Personal English lessons via Preply How to respond: https://medvidi.com/careers/co/remote/BC.37D/staff-product-designer-ai-track/all
