Medical Representative 2500 - 3000 ₾ Duties: • Thorough study of the technical characteristics and specifics of use of the company's product range • Planning, organizing visits to aesthetic clinics, medical institutions and doctors of the relevant profile, and developing business relations • Effective presentation of the company's products, providing consultations and conducting negotiations • Finding new customers, establishing partnerships and developing the existing base • Implementation of sales plan and continuous monitoring of results • Analyzing market trends, competitive environment and customer needs, processing relevant information and presenting recommendations • Collecting, analyzing and responding to customer feedback • Proposing new initiatives to increase sales and improve business processes • Representation of the company in international exhibitions, conferences and other professional events • To perform other functions-duties related to the position, within the scope of competence, on the instructions of the immediate supervisor. Requirements: • Higher education (preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, biological or related fields) • Retail or corporate sales experience • Sales experience in the medical field is preferred • Knowledge of English and/or Russian languages is preferred • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills • Orientation to results, high sense of responsibility and ability to manage time effectively • Ability to attract new customers and develop long-term partnerships We offer: • If you have your own car, the company provides compensation for fuel and vehicle depreciation costs • Unlimited communication package • Support for participation in international trainings, conferences and business trips
