Finance and Accounting Manager 2500 - 3000 ₾ Duties: • Controlling the complete accounting operations and balances of the company • Tax compliance control of tax declarations • Monthly and annual closing, reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial statements • Control of receivables/creditors and settlements • Budgeting, cash flow planning, analysis of costs and financial results • Preparation of financial reports for management and improvement of financial processes Requirements: • Higher education in finance, accounting or related fields • At least 2 years of experience in the financial/accounting field • Practical knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and RS.ge • Knowledge of Ifrs or Ifrs for SMEs and experience in preparing financial statements is desirable • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience working with accounting software/ERP • Full knowledge of English or Russian is required • Budgeting, financial analysis ability, accuracy and responsibility We offer: • The possibility of professional development • A diverse work environment • The possibility of considering additional compensation based on KPI based on the results of completed projects

ფინანსებისა და აღრიცხვის მენეჯერი 2500 - 3000 ₾ მოვალეობები: • კომპანიის სრული საბუღალტრო ოპერაციებისა და ნაშთების კონტროლი • საგადასახადო დეკლარაციების საგადასახადო შესაბამისობის კონტროლი • ყოველთვიური და წლიური დახურვა, ანგარიშების შეჯერება და ფინანსური ანგარიშგების მომზადება • დებიტორული/კრედიტორული დავალიანებებისა და ანგარიშსწორებების კონტროლი • ბიუჯეტირება, ფულადი ნაკადების დაგეგმვა, ხარჯებისა და ფინანსური შედეგების ანალიზი • მენეჯმენტისთვის ფინანსური ანგარიშების მომზადება და ფინანსური პროცესების გაუმჯობესება მოთხოვნები: • უმაღლესი განათლება ფინანსების, ბუღალტერიის ან შესაბამისი მიმართულებით • ფინანსურ/საბუღალტრო სფეროში მინიმუმ 2-წლიანი გამოცდილება • საქართველოს საგადასახადო კანონმდებლობისა და RS.ge-ს პრაქტიკული ცოდნა • სასურველია Ifrs-ის ან Ifrs for SMEs-ის ცოდნა და ფინანსური ანგარიშგების მომზადების გამოცდილება • Excel-ის მაღალ დონეზე ცოდნა და საბუღალტრო პროგრამასთან/ERP-სთან მუშაობის გამოცდილება • საჭიროა ინგლისური ან რუსული ენის სრულყოფილი ცოდნა • ბიუჯეტირების, ფინანსური ანალიზის უნარი, სიზუსტე და პასუხისმგებლობა ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • პროფესიული განვითარების შესაძლებლობას • მრავალფეროვან სამუშაო გარემოს • შესრულებული პროექტების შედეგებიდან გამომდინარე KPI-ზე დაფუძნებული დამატებითი ანაზღაურების განხილვის შესაძლებლობას
