Senior lawyer 5000 ₾ Duties: • Preparation/analysis of all types of legal documents (contract, agreement, order, statement, act, protocol, regulation, charter, bylaws, etc.) • Drafting of an administrative complaint and representation in administrative bodies • Providing legal advice and drawing up a legal opinion • Advocacy in courts of all instances • Registration of companies in the business register • Real estate registration in the public register • Registration of trademarks • Obtaining the right of residence and work • Representation in disputes related to public procurement/tenders Requirements: • Higher legal education (in the field of civil law) • At least 3 years of experience as a lawyer • Perfect knowledge of the English language (mandatory) • Knowledge of office computer programs (mandatory) We offer: • Remuneration: 5000 GEL (per hand) • Unlimited talk time • Health insurance • FIT Pass • Trial period: 6 months (reimbursable in full)
