Loan Monitoring Team Officer 1000 ₾ Duties: • Visiting the borrowers of the company, paying the current loan fee with the appropriate phone application, monitoring the business • Presenting the company's product to potential borrowers in the surrounding area in parallel mode, attracting new borrowers • On-site monitoring of the client's business • On-site verification of targeted loans and preparation of appropriate reports • On-site service of borrowers' loan payments • Attracting new borrowers (promotion) • Safe transportation of cash and material values (encashment) • Monitoring of problematic loans and communication with clients • Control of economic and material-technical needs of the office • Carrying out minor repair/maintenance works (if necessary) • Accounting and maintenance of the company's inventory Requirements: • Driver's license - category B and driving experience of the corresponding category • Teamwork • Organization • Orientation to details • Organization of work • Ability to work effectively in stressful situations • High sense of responsibility We offer: • Pleasant environment and working conditions for your professional and personal growth • Remuneration: 1000 GEL fixed • Bonus - through the post terminal, at the end of the month, a bonus will be credited according to the amount of money brought in during the month. Also, an additional bonus for each attracted new borrower • Car rental • Schedule: full Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. It is also possible to arrange a schedule from 13:00 to 18:30 • In case of attracting 20 new borrowers, in case of successful cooperation, the position of credit officer will be offered, with corresponding increased salary.
