Electromechanic/head of technical group Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Ensuring smooth and continuous operation of electrical and mechanical devices of the enterprise • Diagnostics of production equipment, quickly finding and eliminating the causes of malfunctions • Direct performance of electrical, electromechanical and mechanical repair works • Planning the daily work of the technical team, assigning tasks and controlling performance • Prompt response to accidents and, if necessary, direct involvement in repair work • Maintenance of electric motors, pumps, reducers, conveyors, sensors and other production equipment • Reading electrical circuits and diagnosing malfunctions • Preparation of schedule of preventive and planned technical services and performance control • Constant monitoring of the technical condition of the equipment and prevention of possible accidents • Determination of required spare parts and maintenance materials and inventory control • Compliance with work safety norms and control of their performance by the team Requirements: • At least 3-5 years of practical experience as an electromechanic, electrician or in the direction of technical service of production equipment • Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment • Ability to independently diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical malfunctions • Knowledge of reading electrical diagrams • Experience working with three-phase electric systems, electric motors, automatics, contactors, relays, sensors and other industrial electrical devices • Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, bearings, reducers, chain/belt transmissions and other manufacturing mechanisms • Experience in technical team management or work coordination • Ability to take responsibility and make quick decisions in emergency situations • Experience of working in a food industry • Experience working with production lines and automated equipment • Practical knowledge of working with inverters (VFD), PLC and industrial automation • Experience working with refrigeration and other engineering systems We offer: • Payments are made twice a month • The company provides one-time meals • Remuneration: competitive, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications
