Bartender in the alchemy bar Alchemy Sanctum Bar is looking for a bartender to join the team! We are a cocktail bar with a unique alchemical concept in the very center of Prague, 2 minutes from Staroměstské náměstí. We work with signature drinks, unusual serving and an atmosphere that distinguishes us from ordinary bars. What we offer: • Payment 180–200 Kč/hour depending on experience and skills. • Tips are in addition to the hourly rate. • Stable schedule: Wednesday–Thursday from 18:00 to 01:00, Friday–Saturday from 20:00 to 03:00. • Official employment under a DPP agreement. • Employee discounts. • Opportunity to work with unique signature cocktails and interesting recipes developed specifically for our bar. • Opportunity to develop professional skills and deepen knowledge of cocktails, ingredients and bar techniques. • Openness to employee suggestions: we value initiative and ideas that help improve work processes and make the bar more efficient. Who we are looking for: • A person with bar experience and an understanding of the basics of bar business. • An independent and responsible employee who knows how to organize his work. • Attentive to details, quality of drinks and cleanliness of the work area. • A person who knows how to work in a team and understands the importance of guest service. • Willing to learn, develop and take initiative.
