We manage more than 100 apartments and a hotel with 42 rooms. We are looking for an independent leader to manage operational processes, team and contractors. Main areas of responsibility: 1. Operations management - Organization of uninterrupted operation of apartments and hotels. - Quality control, facility readiness and solving operational issues. 2. Team management - Management of supervisors, receptionists and technicians. - Setting tasks, monitoring the execution and efficiency of employees. 3. Working with contractors - Search for contractors, negotiations and agreement on conditions. - Control of timing, cost and quality of work. 4. Maintenance - Organization of repairs, maintenance and procurement. - Monitoring the condition of objects and preparing new ones for launch. 5. Process optimization - Implementation of standards, instructions and automation. - Control of expenses, performance indicators and reporting. Requirements: - Experience in operational management from 3 years. - Experience in managing a team and multiple sites. - Systematicity, independence, responsibility. - Knowledge of Russian and Czech languages. - Confident knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel. Experience in hospitality or property management would be an advantage. Операционное управление - Организация бесперебойной работы апартаментов и отеля. - Контроль качества, готовности объектов и решение операционных вопросов. 2. Управление командой - Руководство супервайзерами, ресепшионистами и техниками. - Постановка задач, контроль исполнения и эффективности сотрудников. 3. Работа с подрядчиками - Поиск подрядчиков, переговоры и согласование условий. - Контроль сроков, стоимости и качества работ. 4. Техническое обслуживание - Организация ремонтов, обслуживания и закупок. - Контроль состояния объектов и подготовка новых к запуску. 5. Оптимизация процессов - Внедрение стандартов, инструкций и автоматизации. - Контроль расходов, показателей эффективности и отчётность. Требования: - Опыт операционного управления от 3 лет. - Опыт руководства командой и несколькими объектами. - Системность, самостоятельность, ответственность. - Знание русского и чешского языков. - Уверенное владение Google Workspace и Excel. Опыт в гостиничном бизнесе или управлении недвижимостью будет преимуществом.
