Barista, waiter, assistant cook Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Preparation of coffee and other hot/cold drinks • Working with the coffee machine and equipment • Professional communication with guests • Ensuring cleanliness of work space and equipment • Polite reception and service of guests • Timely receipt and transfer of orders • Perfect knowledge of the menu and consultation for guests • Performing cash operations if necessary • Helping the cook in the daily work process • Preparation and initial processing of products • Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen workspace • Assisting in the process of cooking according to the instructions of the cook • Compliance with the rules of proper storage and use of products • Compliance with Haccp and food safety standards • Participating in effective management of order and work process in the kitchen Requirements: • Experience working as a barista • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques • Knowledge of the English language • Sociability • Orientation to details • Experience working as a waiter • Guest-oriented approach • Ability to work in a team • Ability to work in a stressful environment • High sense of responsibility • At least 1 year experience as a cook's assistant or working in a kitchen • Knowledge of primary processing techniques of products • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment • High sense of responsibility and discipline • High standard of cleanliness and tidiness • Ability to accurately follow instructions and work standards
