Vacancy: Technical Support Specialist Company: Emerging Travel Group (global travel tech) What to do: • sort out technical problems with the availability of hotels and rooms • analyze alerts, logs and metrics, look for causes of failures and test hypotheses • work with API, Http, Json/XML and SQL • interact with developers, QA, Product, internal users and partners • participate in process improvement, documentation and automation, including AI tools. What we expect: • experience in technical support, integrations or IT operations • ability to independently investigate technical incidents and find their causes • experience with logs, monitoring and metrics (Grafana will be a plus) • basic SQL skills • understanding of Http/API, requests, responses and response codes • English at level B2 for work calls and correspondence • independence and proactivity Experience in travel or e-commerce, supporting external integrations, automation and working with AI tools will be a plus.
