Psychologist Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Psychological assessment of each beneficiary youth • Psycho-counseling of each beneficiary based on the assessment results • Conducting individual and/or group psychoeducational sessions for beneficiaries • In special cases, making visits to families • Development of an individual development plan for each beneficiary based on the results of psychodiagnosis • Production of appropriate documentation while working with the beneficiary • Development of a work plan, preparation of reports on the work performed and delivery to the project coordinator • Passing the training courses provided within the project and participating in the meetings planned for the purpose of supervision. Requirements: • Higher education with the qualification of psychologist • At least three years of work experience working as a psychologist with young people, vulnerable children and families (practice gained during academic studies will be considered as experience) • Knowledge of the age characteristics of children and adolescents • Ability to identify the beneficiary's interests and capabilities, as well as support them • Ability to support and empathize with beneficiaries • Effective communication, ability to gain trust and build relationships • Flexibility and independence • Ability to maintain self-control and professional composure in stressful and challenging situations • Ability of strategic planning and effective organization of work • Ability to work as a team and cooperate • Professional writing skills • Knowledge of office computer programs We offer: • Interesting and responsible work • Pleasant working environment
