Manager OF A Network OF Projects IN THE Service Field We are looking for a strong and proactive manager who can independently organize the work of several facilities, lead a team and achieve the implementation of plans. We need a girl who understands the difference between the process and the result: she knows how to find solutions, bring tasks to completion and be responsible for the final results. Your tasks: • Organization and control of daily operational work of several facilities. • Personnel management: setting goals, monitoring execution, maintaining discipline and quality standards. • Implementation of plans and monitoring of key indicators. • Search, selection and adaptation of employees. • Identification of growth points, development and implementation of improvements, participation in project development. • Planning purchases, ordering materials, controlling balances and conducting inventories. • Preparation of management and financial reporting, control of income and expenses. • Maintaining and systematizing working documentation: contracts, registers, regulations and internal documents; control of their relevance and timing. • Interaction with accounting department, timely transfer and control of completeness of documents. Our expectations: • At least 2 years of experience in a management position, preferably in a network business or service sector. • Knowledge of Czech and English languages ​​at level B2 and above. • Strong management skills, consistency and financial literacy. • Independence: the ability to make decisions within one’s authority without constant instructions and reminders. • Initiative: ability to propose improvements and bring them to implementation. • Responsibility, exactingness and consistency. • Care when working with documents. • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and achieve results. Ваши задачи: • Организация и контроль ежедневной операционной работы нескольких объектов. • Управление персоналом: постановка задач, контроль исполнения, поддержание дисциплины и стандартов качества. • Выполнение планов и контроль ключевых показателей. • Поиск, подбор и адаптация сотрудников. • Выявление точек роста, разработка и внедрение улучшений, участие в развитии проектов. • Планирование закупок, заказ материалов, контроль остатков и проведение инвентаризаций. • Подготовка управленческой и финансовой отчётности, контроль доходов и расходов. • Ведение и систематизация рабочей документации: договоров, реестров, регламентов и внутренних документов; контроль их актуальности и сроков. • Взаимодействие с бухгалтерией, своевременная передача и контроль комплектности документов. Наши ожидания: • Опыт работы на руководящей позиции от 2 лет, желательно в сетевом бизнесе или сфере услуг. • Знание чешского и английского языков на уровне B2 и выше. • Сильные управленческие навыки, системность и финансовая грамотность. • Самостоятельность: умение принимать решения в рамках своих полномочий без постоянных указаний и напоминаний. • Инициативность: способность предлагать улучшения и доводить их до внедрения. • Ответственность, требовательность и последовательность. • Внимательность при работе с документами. • Умение расставлять приоритеты, соблюдать сроки и добиваться результата.
