The manager distributes tasks, trains the team and monitors the results. If necessary, he himself joins in the work of the hall during peak hours. Requirements: ⁃ 2 years of experience in restaurant management, understanding of the kitchen, bar and hall ⁃ ability to work with numbers, POS and warehouse accounting; knowledge of Syrve is an advantage ⁃ Czech from B2; Russian or Ukrainian from B1 for working communication with the owner ⁃ work permit in the Czech Republic. Conditions: ⁃ 48,000 Kč net + KPI ⁃ first 3 months DPP, then HPP or IČO by agreement in six months the opening of the second restaurant of the chain - accordingly, a promotion to the manager of the chain is possible with an increase in salary to 72,000 net + KPI ⁃ meals on shift, training at the expense of the restaurant Response: in private messages: resume and briefly about yourself. Управляющий рестораном управляющий рестораном- Praha 9 В действующий ресторан с кухней и баром ищем управляющего, который умеет работать с командой, сервисом и финансовыми показателями. Задачи: ⁃ организовывать ежедневную работу ресторана, обеспечивать качество сервиса ⁃ подбирать и обучать сотрудников, составлять графики исходя из загрузки ⁃ совместно с шеф-поваром контролировать качество, скорость выхода блюд и себестоимость ⁃ контролировать выручку, food cost, bar cost, labor cost, закупки, остатки и инвентаризации ⁃ анализировать продажи, готовить ежедневную, недельную и месячную отчётность ⁃ контролировать соблюдение Haccp и требований KHS / ČOI. Управляющий распределяет задачи, обучает команду и контролирует результат. При необходимости сам включается в работу зала в часы пик. Требования: ⁃ опыт управления рестораном от 2 лет, понимание кухни, бара и зала ⁃ умение работать с цифрами, POS и складским учётом; знание Syrve — преимущество ⁃ чешский от B2; русский или украинский от B1 для рабочего общения с собственником ⁃ разрешение на работу в Чехии.
