Chief specialist of educational process management service 1330 - 1330 ₾ Duties: • Signing contracts with first-semester and mobility students • Management of students' personal files based on the relevant distribution • Preparation of submissions for the suspension and termination of status for students, as well as the registration of students in an additional semester • Preparation of the submission project for awarding academic degrees to graduates • Preparation of notices for the students of the faculty regarding issues included in the competence of the faculty • Preparation of annexes of diplomas based on the relevant distribution • Work in the commission on state scholarships • Work on incoming correspondence in TSU's electronic database and automated case management system (eDocument) within the scope of competence • Performing various ongoing tasks of the head of the educational process management service, dean, deputy deans and academic staff Requirements: • Higher education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic degree • Fluent writing, reading and speaking skills in the state language and English • To have a high level of office computer programs (Microsoft Office, Internet Browser) • Statute of TSU • Law of Georgia "On Higher Education" • "Regulations of the Faculty of Law" • Regulations in force in TSU • Creativity and creativity • Attention and detail oriented • Operability • Ability to work independently and effectively on different tasks at the same time • Teamwork and sociability • Reasoning ability • Ability to work in a force majeure situation • Punctuality and effective time management • The ability to adequately perceive changes and quickly assimilate new things We offer: • Official salary is determined in the amount of 1330 (thousand three hundred and seventy) GEL per month (including income tax and pension contribution) • With the prospect of employment
