Chief Administrator of Digital Platform Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Administering Lion Auction's digital platform and Live Auction system and ensuring functional efficiency • Management of platform administrative modules, settings and system configurations • Manage administrative users, roles and access rights according to approved authorities • Monitoring the functioning of vehicle placement, auctions, customer registration and financial modules • Control of system parameters of the auction and trading mechanisms • Ensuring protection of the mechanism of authorization and double approval (Four-Eyes Principle) of critical operations • Quality control of data accuracy and administrative operations on the platform • Identification of technical errors, registration and coordination of their elimination with the IT team and external suppliers • Coordination of new functionality implementation, system changes and testing processes • Improving platform administration processes, developing work instructions and reporting to management Requirements: • Higher education in information technology, business administration or related field • Experience in administration of digital platforms, Marketplace, e-commerce or business systems • Working knowledge of managing user accounts, roles and access rights • Knowledge of the working principles of online auctions, transaction systems and digital business processes • Knowledge of basic principles of system configurations, data quality and information security • Experience working with IT teams and technology vendors • Analytical thinking, problem solving, prioritization and coordination skills • High responsibility, detail oriented and respect for confidentiality • Working knowledge of English language We offer: • Work schedule: Monday - Friday • Remuneration: fixed
