Online Sales Specialist - Half Time Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Communicating with users from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other online channels • Answering incoming calls and customer consultation • Determining the customer's needs and offering the appropriate product • Providing information about product features, prices and current offers • Receiving and processing online orders • Offering additional and alternative products to customers • Follow-up communication with interested customers and closing the sale • Work on increasing online sales Requirements: • Good written and oral communication skills • Fast and effective online communication with the customer • Focus on sales and results • Ability to work with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other communication channels • Responsibility, organization and attention to details • Sales or customer service experience would be an advantage • Knowledge of electrical tools and techniques will be considered an advantage • Knowledge of a foreign language will be considered an advantage We offer: • Fixed: 800₾ NET • Sales bonus: 0.5% of personal sales (Gross) • Parcel: 1 ₾ for each processed/sent parcel • 20% discount on Element Fitness subscription
