VTK controller Respond Requirements: confident reading of technical drawings (understanding of dimensions, tolerances, requirements for roughness, heat treatment and coatings), practical skills in working with a caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, depth gauge, plug gauges, profilometer and hardness testers (Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers), knowledge of quality standards and technical documentation (Eskd, ISO 9001, Gost), experience carrying out measurements and control of geometry on coordinate measuring machines, the ability to analyze the causes of defects, participate in the consideration of complaints and develop control methods. Responsibilities: acceptance of parts from production departments (lathe, milling, locksmith) and conducting visual inspection (absence of cracks, chips, burrs, inflows, pores), measurement of dimensions using a caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, depth gauge, plug gauges, as well as geometry check (parallelism, perpendicularity, concentricity), roughness check (visual or profilometer) and measuring the hardness of parts after heat treatment (according to Brinell, Rockwell, Vickers).

Контролер ВТК Відгукнутись Вимоги: впевнене читання технічних креслень (розуміння розмірів, допусків, вимог до шорсткості, термообробки та покриттів), практичні навички роботи зі штангенциркулем, мікрометром, нутроміром, глибиноміром, калібрами-пробками, профілометром та твердомірами (Брінелль, Роквелл, Віккерс), обізнаність у стандартах якості та технічній документації (Єскд, ISO 9001, Гост), досвід проведення вимірювань та контролю геометрії на координатно-вимірювальних машинах, вміння аналізувати причини браку, брати участь у розгляді рекламацій та розробляти методики контролю. Обов'язки: приймання деталей від виробничих дільниць (токарна, фрезерна, слюсарна) та проведення візуального контролю (відсутність тріщин, відколів, задирок, напливів, пор), вимірювання розмірів за допомогою штангенциркуля, мікрометра, нутроміра, глибиноміра, калібрів-пробок, а також перевірка геометрії (паралельність, перпендикулярність, концентричність), перевірка шорсткості (візуально або профілометром) та вимірювання твердості деталей після термообробки (за Брінеллем, Роквеллом, Віккерсом).
