Sales Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Taking care of strengthening connections with existing clients • Offering new products to existing clients • Finding new clients • Determining the needs of new customers • Negotiations, meeting organization, product presentation and offer • Studying the market and determining its needs through customer relations • Providing information about current products to management • Finding and processing information about competitors Requirements: • Higher education - preferably in the direction of marketing • Experience in sales • Knowledge of office programs (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) • Good communication skills • Orientation to details • High sense of responsibility • Commitment to company values and principles • Organization • Persuasive communication • Ability to negotiate • Proper time management skills • Ability to quickly adapt • Analytical skills • Punctuality, orderliness, discipline, organization • Listening, proposing and persuading the client • Working as a team and being focused on results We offer: • Health insurance • Opportunity for professional development • Working hours: 09:30-18:00 Monday - Friday • Salary: fixed + bonus
