Delivery Operator Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Making calls to customers who have purchased products • Working with a sales script (template) during dialogue • Processing of raised objections/claims • Implementation of the sales plan and work in the CRM system Requirements: • Experience in customer service/sales/microcredit is desirable • Fluent speech in Georgian • Computer knowledge (intermediate level) • Ability to negotiate and deal with contradictions • Ability to conduct negotiations, result oriented • Experience working in the CRM system (considered an advantage) We offer: • Remuneration fixed: 900 ₾ • Bonuses: 200-1000 ₾ • Average income: 1100-1900 ₾ • Working schedule: 5/2, 10:00-18:00 • Rest: two days a week • Remuneration: twice a month • Trainings - for the growth and development of qualifications from the first day • The possibility of career growth • Incentive programs • Competitive pay • The possibility of hybrid operation after a period of adaptation • Fitpass • Health insurance • Friendly working environment
