Full-Stack Engineer (React + Go / Mern) | Tria Finance Location: Outside the Russian Federation and Belarus Tria Finance is a fintech startup at the intersection of blockchain and traditional finance. We are creating a high-load SaaS platform for storing and managing crypto assets for institutional clients. We are currently looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with experience in crypto who can independently develop end-to-end features - from backend design in Go/Node.js to complex interfaces in React. What you have to do: • Develop end-to-end product features: Go + Node.js/Express + React • Design backend services using DDD, Clean Architecture, bounded contexts, aggregates and domain events • Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB: schemas, indexing, query optimization, migrations • Develop Rest APIs, webhooks and event-driven workflows • Create complex React interfaces: dashboards, admin panels, forms, status workflows, audit views • Responsible for production-ready code: testing, logging, metrics, tracing and error handling • Use AI tools (Cursor / GitHub Copilot / Claude Code and analogues) daily - for development, refactoring and test generation, always checking the result What is important to us: • 5+ years of commercial development of production systems • Strong Go backend and experience with Node.js / Express • Confident React + TypeScript • Practical experience with DDD, not just knowledge of terminology • Good understanding of concurrency, API design, reliability and debugging • Strong experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB • Experience with Gorm, Mongoose or similar ORM/ODM • Ability to work with raw SQL and aggregation pipelines when necessary • Testing experience: Go testing, Jest/Vitest, integration tests • Practical experience with Web3/crypto Required: confident daily use of AI tools for code development with careful checking of results and adherence to safe engineering practices. Сейчас ищем Senior Full-Stack Engineer с опытом в крипто, который сможет самостоятельно вести разработку фич end-to-end — от проектирования backend на Go/Node.js до сложных интерфейсов на React.
