Social Media Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Development and management of social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and Behance) • Content calendar and multi-platform content system management • Development of Content Strategy • Creation of creative ideas and campaigns • Visual direction planning • Using trends in international design and premium brands • At the amateur level - photo/video shooting (Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels and Short-form Video) • Photography of interiors, architecture, furniture, lighting and materials • Video editing and post-production • Strengthening the premium/luxury positioning of "Room Design". • Developing the brand's visual language and Tone of Voice • High quality Storytelling and Copywriting • Management and updating of "Room Design Gallery" and "Room Design Studio" websites • Add/update projects, products, collections, brands and services • Preparation and placement of textual and visual content • Coordination of Social Media and Website Content • Control of website content structure and relevance • Planning of product, collection, project and brand campaigns • Coverage of events and special activities • Influencer/Creator collaborations • Audience growth and Community Management • Monitoring of KPIs • Analysis of Reach, Engagement, Views, Saves, Shares and Follower Growth • Estimating website traffic and incoming requests • Regular reporting and strategy improvement based on results Requirements: • At least 4 years of professional experience • Strong and real portfolio • Practical experience of Social Media Management • Strong visual and aesthetic vision • Photo/video shooting experience • Ability to create Reels and Short-form Video • Knowledge of video editing • Strong copywriting and communication skills • Practical experience in website management • Ability to work independently and take initiative We offer: • Remuneration: depending on experience and qualifications
