Site Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Management and control of the work process at the construction site • Planning of construction works and control of execution deadlines • Control of compliance of works with project documentation, technical specifications and applicable standards • Quality control of construction works • Coordination of the working group • Determining and controlling the need for construction materials, equipment and resources • Preparation of progress reports • Effective communication with project manager, engineers, customer and other involved parties • Control of compliance with safety norms and labor safety requirements • Timely identification and solution of emerging technical and organizational problems • Participating in the process of registration and acceptance of completed works • Controlling the progress of works within the project budget Requirements: • Higher education in construction engineering or related field • Work experience - at least 3 years of work experience in the construction field is necessary • Knowledge of office programs • Ability to effectively manage teamwork and work processes • Experience in managing facilities in the direction of ventilated facade will be preferred We offer: • Remuneration: according to experience • Work schedule: full • Number of working days: five • Working hours: 10:00-19:00
