Logistics Manager Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Communication with international shipping companies, transport agents and logistics partners • Planning, organization and control of international shipments • Organization of sea, land, air or multimodal shipments • Selection of the optimal shipping route and transportation conditions • Control of cargo loading, shipping and delivery time to the destination • Agreement of tariff conditions, terms and conditions of service with carriers • Compare international shipping costs and optimize costs • Constant monitoring of cargo movement status • Timely identification of delays and problems arising in the shipping process and coordination of their elimination • Control of service quality and fulfillment of agreed conditions by carriers • Control of documentation related to transport and shipping within the scope of its logistic part • Management of cargo damage, loss, delay and other logistics risks • Communication with international partners on issues related to the shipping process • Analysis of shipping data, costs and deadlines • Preparation/presentation of reports and recommendations in the direction of international logistics for management Requirements: • Min. 3 years of work experience • Higher education • High level knowledge of English and Russian (required) • Knowledge of MS Office • Ability to prioritize and delegate work • Effective communication skills • Ability to manage time • Sense of responsibility • Orientation to details • Organization and responsibility • Ability to work as a team We offer: • Working schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:30-18:30 • Remuneration: negotiable
