Senior Engineer Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Plumbing & Preparation of design and working drawings of Fire Fighting systems using AutoCAD and Revit MEP • Designing and performing technical calculations of cold/hot water, sewage, drainage, fire protection and pumping systems • Hydraulic calculations of pipelines, selection of diameters, pumps, boilers and other devices • Preparation and updating of BOQ, Technical Specifications and Bill of Materials • Design coordination with different engineering departments and implementation of Clash Detection using Revit/Navisworks • Technical control of project documentation, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals and As-Built drawings • Technical supervision of project solutions at the site, control of quality and compliance with the project • Preparing responses to RFIs and resolving technical issues at the site • Project documentation Revision Control and change management • Technical communication and coordination with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors and suppliers Requirements: • Higher education in the relevant engineering direction • At least 3-4 years of work experience in water supply, drainage and fire systems and in-depth knowledge • Knowledge of programs: AutoCAD, MagiCAD, Revit, Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of English language at technical/working level We offer: • Working hours: Monday-Friday; 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00 • Place of work: Batumi • In case of a business trip, the company will cover the expenses
