Construction cost estimate 2000 - 2500 ₾ Duties: • Analysis of technical documentation according to construction projects, calculation of volumes and detailed processing of BOQ • Project budget planning and cost estimation • Preparation of work schedule based on BOQ • Research of market prices of works and materials, preparation of estimates and optimization • Preparation of tender packages, comparative analysis and evaluation of received proposals • Current expenditure control, budget compliance monitoring and analysis • Preparation of the act of completed construction works (form No. 2), search for necessary information, processing and reflection • Preparation of the act of write-off according to the act of completed construction works (form No. 2). • Comparison of construction and repair costs during the construction process with budget costs • Preparation of cost estimates for changes and participation in the agreement process • Close cooperation with technical, architectural and engineering team Requirements: • Higher education (preferably in the direction of technical, financial or exact sciences) • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position • Knowledge of construction technologies (knowledge of facade systems will be considered an advantage) • Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word & Excel, MS Project). • AutoCad/ ArchiCad (at the level of reading drawings/projects) • Working knowledge of English and Russian languages • Analytical thinking and detail oriented • Effective time management skills • High sense of responsibility • Ability to communicate and work in a team We offer: • Fixed salary (Net): 2000-2500 GEL (according to experience) • Health insurance • Ability to use FitPass • Corporate number (unlimited talk minutes) • Comfortable and modern working environment • Friendly, professional and development-oriented team
