Hi all! We are the online management school “Stratoplan”. For 16+ years in the EdTech market of the CIS and the world, we have been training IT specialists to become team leads. During this time, more than 25,000+ people have completed our programs. We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist who is open, proactive and ready to help our customers. What we expect from candidates: — Excellent communication skills and the ability to find common language with clients. — Quick learner and ability to adapt to new information. — Experience in customer service and/or consulting will be a plus. What we offer: — Salary from €600 (the final amount depends on the results of the interview).
