Managing Business Operations Manager 2000 ₾ Duties: • Operational management of the retail network, full control of the work of two stores: employee schedules, cash register discipline, accounting of merchandise balances and order at the shopping centers. • Control of online store operation, control of timely processing of orders by sellers, coordination of courier and delivery services, resolution of technical delays related to card payments • Sales growth Implementation of commercial tasks, launch of local advertising campaigns on the website and in stores and control of the execution of sales plans • Relations with partners and tenants, settlement of current issues with tenants of commercial spaces and utility bills; Communication with logistics companies and courier services • Coordination of supply and customs processes, control of receipt of documents from foreign suppliers, relations with customs brokers in Georgia, monitoring of cargo status and coordination of receipt of goods in the warehouse • Relations with state agencies and banks, representing the company's interests to banks and the Revenue Service (RS.ge); Coordinating with the accountant to submit the reports on time • Management of contractors, overall control and coordination of activities of invited freelancers and IT and marketing specialists Requirements: • At least 1.5-2 years of experience as an administrator, senior salesperson, store manager or operations manager in retail or e-commerce • Fluency in Georgian and Russian languages is mandatory • Knowledge of the English language will be considered an advantage • Knowledge of the basic working principles of the banking and tax systems of Georgia • Basic knowledge of online store operations, orders and inventory control • Knowledge of import and customs clearance processes in Georgia will be an important advantage • Honesty, ability to work independently and make decisions in the absence of the owner, developed organizational and negotiation skills We offer: • Fixed salary at the initial stage of 2000 GEL per hand (Net) • Increasing bonus real and transparent percentage bonus based on total network sales and key performance indicators (KPI) • Career growth Real opportunity to quickly advance to the position of operational director along with the company's expansion • Flexible work environment, flexibility in organizing the working day, absence of strict corporate bureaucracy and direct communication with the owner
