Manager of the tourist complex 4000 ₾ Duties: • Managing the daily operational processes of the complex and ensuring proper functioning • Continuous monitoring of operational processes, identification of gaps and optimization • Participation in the development of a short-term and long-term strategy for the development of the complex • Management of financial flows, control of daily income and expenses • Annual budget planning, forecasting and monitoring of its implementation • Development of high service standards, implementation and supervision of their protection • Continuous evaluation of customer satisfaction level and response to feedback • Ensuring effective coordination between structural units and departments • Rational allocation of tasks, priorities and responsibilities to team members • Determining the needs of employee qualification improvement and organizing/conducting relevant trainings • Maintaining relationships with existing B2B partners, travel companies and suppliers • Finding new partners, initial communication and conducting commercial negotiations • Participation in planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and special events • Launching new initiatives to stimulate sales of products and services • Overseeing the supply chain and ensuring the smooth running of the procurement process • Periodic control of material resources, products and inventory stocks • Participation in the inventory process, updating and writing off the material base • Supervision of complex infrastructure, technical equipment and territory maintenance • Ensuring strict observance of labor safety, sanitary-hygienic and fire prevention norms Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience as a manager • Knowledge of foreign languages at communication level • Knowledge of labor safety norms • Ability to manage a team • Ability to conduct negotiations • Ability to produce documentation We offer: • Bonus
