Business systems implementation specialist Salary is negotiable. Duties: • In-depth study of Mark4 products, modules and functionality • Study and analysis of existing business processes of partner companies • Identifying the client's needs and participating in their transformation into system solutions • Support the implementation and integration process of Mark4 for new clients • Conducting work meetings with partners and agreeing processes • Training, consulting and support for users of the system • Analysis of issues identified in the implementation process and coordination with relevant teams • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of business processes Requirements: • Higher education in business administration, finance, economics, information technology or related field • At least 1 year of work experience in business processes, operations, finance, HR, ERP/CRM systems, software product implementation, customer support or other relevant field is mandatory • Knowledge of Excel at a high level is mandatory
