Duties: • Daily planning, organization and coordination of construction works • Continuous control of work process quality, deadlines and fulfillment of technical requirements • Effective management of activities of subcontractors and construction crews • Ensuring performance of works in accordance with project documentation, drawings and technical specifications • Control of the reception, quality, quantity and correct storage of construction materials • Preparation of acts of performed works, technical documentation and periodical reports • Monitoring the fulfillment of the requirements of labor safety, environmental protection and technical standards • Ensuring effective communication with project management and other involved parties Requirements: • Higher or professional education in construction • At least 2-3 years of experience working as a contractor or in a similar position on construction projects • Knowledge of construction technologies, norms and principles of quality control • Ability to read design drawings and technical documentation fluently • High sense of responsibility, organization and result-oriented approach • Team management and effective communication skills • Knowledge of MS Office programs (knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered an advantage) We offer: • Competitive pay • Stable and long-term cooperation • The possibility of professional and career development • Modern, development-oriented work environment • The opportunity to work in interesting and large-scale construction projects
