What to do 8–15 pieces of content per week: reels, stories, posts filming yourself: content days, filming on tour, your own formats mount in CapCut, assemble layouts in Figma and Canva come up with new formats, rather than repeat old ones in circles work with UGC and audience engagement Who are we looking for? At least one year of experience running Instagram or TikTok, ideally commercial accounts marketing thinking: you understand that content sells tours, and does not just look beautiful understanding trends and how algorithms work Confident photo and video shooting on your phone ability to write texts that people will finish reading (content in Russian, competent Russian required) CapCut, Canva or analogues at the “I do it quickly and without tutorials” level All tours start from Prague, so we give priority to candidates from Prague.
