Weekend dispatcher / call-center agent (HVAC) - remote

Top Hvac contractor in NYC is looking for a weekend dispatcher. Remote job We're looking for an experienced call-center agent/dispatcher to work 9am-9pm New York time on Saturdays and Sundays. What we expect from you: - Fluent English - Basic knowledge of Hvac systems - At least 1 year recent experience in customer service, preferably US and Canada - The highest level of responsibility and integrity - Ability to learn fast Important: This position can not be combined with any other job on the same days. You must be completely focused on incoming calls and other lead sources (text, email, Yelp). What you need to start: - Reliable high-speed internet connection - More or less up to date PC or laptop - Cell phone - Headset - Reasonably quite working environment What we offer: - Thorough individual training. Paid if you successfully complete it and take the position - $500 a month starting salary paid once a month via wire/swift transfer - $5 per each completed appointment set by you.
