Information service operator Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Receiving telephone calls from the insured/managing communication in online channels • Identification of the insured • Consulting on insurance conditions • Identification of losses and registration in the program • Planning a visit to the family doctor • Insurance case coordination • Informing the insured about compensation for damages Requirements: • Higher medical education is preferred • Experience of working in a similar position • Knowledge of MS Office programs • Good knowledge of English and Russian languages • fluent speech • Ability to communicate • Sense of responsibility • Ability to work in a stressful environment • Team work We offer: • Fixed salary + bonus system
