Purchasing Specialist Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Planning and implementation of procurement process • Communicating with suppliers, receiving offers and preparing comparative analysis • Negotiation of prices and commercial terms • Placement of orders and full control of delivery process • Management of contracts, invoices and other procurement-related documentation • Market research and finding new suppliers • Coordinate with various departments to ensure procurement needs are met • Preparation of reports and analytical information Requirements: • Higher education (preferably in business administration, economics, logistics or related field) • Experience in procurement • Fluency in English and Russian (required) • Knowledge of MS Office programs at a high level • Experience with ERP systems will be considered an advantage • Analytical thinking and ability of TextViewprocessing to process data • Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively • High sense of responsibility, organization and ability to effectively manage time • Ability to work in a team environment and manage several processes at the same time We offer: • Transportation • Health insurance • Nutrition
