Production Accounting Manager 1500 ₾ Duties: • In the central confectionery production, the implementation of the morning reception of the raw materials actually acceptable from the warehouse and the program reflection, within the production, the handing over to the relevant work groups, if necessary, the program reflection of the aforementioned, as well as, in the case of receiving additional raw materials in the confectionery production during the day, the latter program reflection • Acceptance of daily outgoing product orders from the central confectionery production, fully reflected in software • Software recording of information about confectionery products leaving the central confectionery production and preparation of relevant documentation • Receiving the order(s) of products to be sold on consignment to the employees of the central confectionery production, producing relevant documentation and displaying them in software • Control of write-offs of confectionery products existing in the central confectionery production and/or launched from the confectionery production • Controlling, supervising the work performed by the subordinate employees and listening to the report on the performed work Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position • Knowledge of office programs (MC Office Excel, Fina) • Analytical, critical thinking skills • Ability to see priorities correctly • Ability to plan and organize • Ability to effectively manage time • Ability to manage a team We offer: • Fixed salary 1500 GEL

წარმოების აღრიცხვის მენეჯერი 1500 ₾ მოვალეობები: • ცენტრალურ საკონდიტრო წარმოებაში საწყობიდან ფაქტიურად მისაღები ნედლეულის დილის მიღების განხორციელება და პროგრამული ასახვა, წარმოების შიგნით, შესაბამისი სამუშაო ჯგუფებისათვის ჩაბარება, საჭიროების შემთხვევაში აღნიშნულის პროგრამულად ასახვა, ასევე, დღის მანძილზე ნედლეულის საკონდიტრო წარმოებაში დამატებითი ნედლეულის მიღების შემთხვევაში ამ უკანასკნელის პროგრამულად ასახვა • ცენტრალური საკონდიტრო წარმოებიდან ყოველდღიურად გასასვლელი პროდუქციის შეკვეთების მიღება, სრულად პროგრამულად ასახვა • ცენტრალური საკონდიტრო წარმოებიდან გასული საკონდიტრო ნაწარმის შესახებ ინფორმაციის პროგრამულად აღრიცხვა და შესაბამისი დოკუმენტაციის გამზადება • ცენტრალური საკონდიტრო წარმოების თანამშრომლებზე კონსიგნაციით გასაყიდი პროდუქციის შეკვეთ (ებ)ის მიღება, შესაბამისი დოკუმენტაციის წარმოება და პროგრამულად ასახვა • ცენტრალურ საკონდიტრო წარმოებაში არსებული ან/და საკონდიტრო წარმოებიდან გაშვებული საკონდიტრო ნაწარმის ჩამოწერების კონტროლი • დაქვემდებარებულ თანამშრომელთა მიერ შესრულებული სამუშაოს კონტროლი, ზედამხედველობა და შესრულებული სამუშაოს შესახებ ანგარიშის მოსმენა მოთხოვნები: • მსგავს პოზიციაზე მუშაობის მინიმუმ 1 წლიანი გამოცდილება • საოფისე პროგრამების ცოდნა (MC Office Excel, Fina) • ანალიტიკური, კრიტიკული აზროვნების უნარი • პრიორიტეტების სწორად დანახვის უნარი • დაგეგმვის და ორგანიზების უნარი • დროის ეფექტიანი მართვის უნარი • გუნდის მართვის უნარი ჩვენ გთავაზობთ: • ფიქსირებული ხელფასი 1500 ლარი
