Technical Service Supervisor Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Development and implementation of technical service strategy for production facilities and equipment • Conducting cost analysis, creating Pareto analysis of facilities and equipment • Ensuring reduction of maintenance costs by maintaining quality • Effective management of a team of mechanical engineers responsible for servicing production facilities and equipment • Conducting the proper document-circulation for the write-off of spare parts, signing the acceptance-handover acts of completed work • Conducting the analysis of the causes of disruption of production facilities and equipment, implementation of preventive measures • Responsible for the development of subordinate personnel and raising the professional knowledge and competencies of technical employees (operators, engineers) Requirements: • Higher education in technical or engineering direction • 5+ years of work experience in technical, energy direction in the food industry or related industries • Hands-on experience in equipment installation or operation and knowledge of basic food industry processes and technologies • Knowledge of state standards, norms and regulations in the field of energy, metrology, industrial and fire safety • Knowledge of MS Office; AutoCad, 1C is preferred • Fluency in the Georgian language; English - B2 level • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage projects • Analytical and problem solving skills We offer: • Development with a team of professionals • Location: Tbilisi, Fonichala • Competitive compensation and benefits package (health, life insurance package) • Transportation (M/s Isani)
