Performance Marketing Manager 2120 ₾ Duties: • Development and implementation of Performance Marketing strategy • Planning, launching, managing and optimizing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads • Attracting targeted audience, quality leads and potential customers • Advertising budget planning, distribution and effective management • Creation and optimization of advertising funnel: advertisement → website/Landing Page → application → client • Analysis of campaign effectiveness according to key indicators: CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, Roas • Debugging and control of analytical tools: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and others • A/B testing of audiences, creatives, offers and landing pages • Analysis of user behavior on the website and work on conversion growth • Finding and testing new customer acquisition channels and advertising opportunities • Coordinate with Content Creator and prepare assignments for promotional videos, banners and other creatives • Regular analysis and reporting of advertising campaigns and budget results • Prepare clear business analytics and link marketing activities to real business results Requirements: • Experience of practical work in Performance Marketing • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Good knowledge of the working principles of Digital Analytics and Advertising Funnels • Ability to work with data and make decisions based on it • Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition cost optimization • Experience in managing advertising budgets independently • Focus on real business results, not just views, clicks and reach • Initiative and willingness to test new hypotheses, audiences and advertising channels We offer: • 2 120 ₾ (Net) initial fixed salary • High quarterly bonuses based on KPI results • Working on various projects in different industries • The possibility of professional development • Professional freedom and the ability to make decisions • Modern and dynamic work environment • The possibility of rapid career growth along with the expansion of the company
