Duties: • Selection and offering of optimal banking/non-banking products and services for premium segment clients • Optimum resolution of current problems of premium clients • Operational/credit services for premium clients • Work on the credit/deposit portfolio in accordance with the established plan Requirements: • Higher education • At least 1 year of experience in the banking sector in the direction of customer service (operational and credit direction). • Knowledge of banking programs • Experience of working in a similar position • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs • Knowledge of English or Russian language • Effective communication skills • Ability to convey information correctly and convincingly • Sense of responsibility • Ability to work in a team • Ability to be detail oriented We offer: • Friendly working environment
