English teacher Salary is negotiable. Requirements: • Higher education in the subject direction of the relevant profile (bachelor's or master's degree) or in the direction of educational sciences • A certificate of completion of a teacher training educational program (60-credit course or an integrated master's program) or the relevant status established by law (senior, leading or mentor teacher) • At least 1-2 years of experience working as a teacher of a relevant subject in the educational sector (experience working in an international school will be considered an advantage) • In the case of a novice teacher, the experience of successfully completing a school practice or internship • Perfect command of the Georgian language; Depending on the specifics of the international school, knowledge of the English language at a high level will be considered an important advantage • Knowledge of subject curriculum, national curriculum and international educational standards • Ability to independently develop long-term (annual) and short-term (semester, thematic, lesson) plans and use them effectively in the teaching process • Possession of modern, interactive, student-oriented teaching methods and differentiated approaches • Knowing and objectively using various tools for assessing students' academic achievements (formative and determinative assessment) • Effective classroom management, creating a positive, caring and respectful learning environment • Identifying the individual needs of students and supporting the principles of inclusive education (in cooperation with a special teacher) • Digital literacy: mastery of electronic school management systems, educational platforms and office programs • High empathy, humanity, positive and benevolent attitude towards children and adults • Patience, flexibility, tact and emotional stability • Ability to resolve conflicts and behavioral challenges in a calm, constructive and student-centered manner • High academic and professional ethics, fairness, impartiality and sense of responsibility • Ability to conduct close, systematic and partnership communication with parents in the process of educational and personal development of the child • Teamwork, high culture of collaboration, striving for continuous self-development and professional growth We offer: • Working in a pleasant and team environment • The possibility of professional development • Nutrition • Transportation
