Night shift call center operator 1300 ₾ Duties: • Answering incoming calls • Providing detailed and comprehensive information to the user • Making outgoing calls if necessary • Information processing and input into the relevant program • Implementation of other functions provided by official instructions Requirements: • Ability to speak fluently • Higher (incomplete) education (in any direction) • Knowledge of English and Russian languages at a conversational level is desirable • Experience working as a call center operator is desirable • Knowledge of computer office programs • Ability to work in a team • Ability to quickly absorb new information • Ability to organize • Sociability • Punctuality and a high sense of responsibility • Ability to work in stressful situations and make decisions quickly We offer: • Location: st. Tbilisi • Working schedule: 18:00-10:00 once every three days, 2-hour break during the night • 1 day per month (Sunday) 24-hour shift • Remuneration: 1300 GEL (cash on hand)
