Senior Nurse Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Monitoring compliance with nursing protocols, policies and rules provided by head office across the clinic • Managing/monitoring the implementation process of infection control and surveillance guidelines and protocols • Ensuring compliance with sanitary standards, including management of sterilization, decontamination, disinfection and waste disposal processes • Infectious waste control in the medical institution, (managing the processes of waste sorting, placing hazardous waste in the delay room and weighing) with established periodicity, ensuring the removal of hazardous waste from the medical facility and uploading the data to the portal • In order to solve problems related to waste disposal, communicating with the relevant outsourcing company, if necessary, informing the relevant structural unit of the head office. • Monitoring the proper functioning of the medical equipment in the clinic • Initiate the request for medical equipment (in case of new need or shortage of the existing one) with the immediate supervisor • Training a new employee, helping him adapt to the work environment • Providing recommendations to the main manager of the clinic and the head office in the process of evaluating the probationary period of the subordinate employee • Constant care for the development and motivation of subordinate employees • Ensuring compliance by subordinate employees with the requirements of the company's by-laws-corporate manual, policies, guidelines, instructions or other mandatory documents • Based on the analysis of the flaws found in the process, initiating changes/submitting recommendations to the immediate supervisor for maintaining the process accordingly • Wearing the uniform of medical personnel while performing work • Preparation of a report on the work performed, if requested by the immediate supervisor • Performing various tasks specified by the immediate supervisor, which are directly or indirectly related to his activity Requirements: • Specialized secondary education: nursing or higher medical education • At least 2 years of experience working as a senior nurse in a critical care unit is required • High sense of responsibility • Organization, discipline We offer: • 8 hour work schedule
