Process engineer for chemical production/specialty chemistry Direction: gunpowder • energetic materials • special chemistry Level: process engineer / leading process engineer Experience: 2-5 years preferred Place of work: Yerevan, Armenia Main tasks • Development and support of technological processes of chemical production. • Development and maintenance of technological regulations, instructions and other technical documentation. • Support of experimental and serial batches, launch of new products into production. • Control of technological regimes and production discipline. • Analysis of the causes of defects and deviations, development of corrective measures. • Interaction with production, laboratory, quality control department and technical services. • Participation in the selection and modernization of technological equipment. • Optimization of processes, reduction of defects and increased production stability. Requirements • Higher chemical and technological education. • Experience as a technologist in chemical or special production. • Understanding of chemical engineering processes and production equipment. • Experience in maintaining technological documentation. • Knowledge of industrial, fire and technological safety requirements. Advantage: Experience working with gunpowders, energetic materials, explosives, charge components or other specialty chemicals; experience in launching products into mass production. Требования • Высшее химико-технологическое образование. • Опыт работы технологом на химическом или специальном производстве. • Понимание химико-технологических процессов и производственного оборудования. • Опыт ведения технологической документации. • Знание требований промышленной, пожарной и технологической безопасности. Преимущество: опыт работы с порохами, энергетическими материалами, взрывчатыми веществами, компонентами зарядов или другой продукцией специальной химии; опыт запуска продукции в серийное производство. Кого мы ищем: практикующего производственного технолога, способного работать непосредственно с производством, выявлять причины нестабильности процессов и принимать технически обоснованные решения.
