Event Project Manager in Prague Event Project Manager in Prague An international company in the field of Mice and Business Travel is looking for an experienced local Event Manager to implement confirmed corporate events and group trips in Prague. Projects are transferred to the manager after agreement with the client and receipt of advance payment - with an approved program, budget and scope of work. Main tasks -translate the approved program into a detailed operational plan; - select, coordinate and coordinate sites, restaurants, transport and other local suppliers; -monitor the budget, timing and costs of the project; - accompany the event on site and promptly resolve emerging issues; - close the project and prepare the final financial and operational report. Requirements -experience in Mice, corporate events, group travel or project management; -excellent knowledge of Prague and local suppliers; -fluent in Czech and English; - ability to independently work with budgets, deadlines and multiple contractors; - practical approach and willingness to personally monitor the implementation of the project. Terms -freelance project work under a framework agreement; -long-term cooperation; -the number of projects depends on the current workload of the company; Salary: Payment - 5⁠⁠–1⁠⁠0⁠⁠% of the project cost, usually from 3⁠⁠5⁠⁠ 0⁠⁠0⁠⁠0⁠⁠ Kč, depending on the load. Проекты передаются менеджеру после согласования с клиентом и получения предоплаты — с утверждённой программой, бюджетом и объёмом работ. Основные задачи -превращать утверждённую программу в подробный операционный план; -подбирать, согласовывать и координировать площадки, рестораны, транспорт и других локальных поставщиков; -контролировать бюджет, сроки и расходы проекта; -сопровождать мероприятие на месте и оперативно решать возникающие вопросы; -закрывать проект и готовить итоговый финансовый и операционный отчёт. Требования -опыт работы в Mice, корпоративных мероприятиях, групповых поездках или управлении проектами; -отличное знание Праги и местных поставщиков; -свободное владение чешским и английским языками; -умение самостоятельно работать с бюджетами, сроками и несколькими подрядчиками; -практический подход и готовность лично контролировать реализацию проекта.
