Sales manager for primary real estate in Batumi (ready leads) From 4000 USD in hand Responsibilities: • Fulfillment of the sales plan; • Sale of apartments: selection and sale of the optimal apartment for the client, taking into account his needs; • Working with ready leads; • Calls to English-speaking clients (without searching, working on a target database); • Conducting presentations in Zoom, on-site showings; • Independent client management at all stages of the transaction; • Work in the CRM system. Requirements: • Experience in telephone sales, remote sales or real estate sales is preferred; • Knowledge of English at level B2; • Experience with CRM.
