Chief Accountant Salary is negotiable. Duties: • Development and implementation of the accounting policy of the enterprise • Organization of the accounting system in accordance with international standards (Ifrs). • Control of first documents, accounting records and chart of accounts • Preparation of tax returns and submission to the Revenue Service (VAT, profit tax, income tax, property tax, etc.) • Ensuring compliance with tax legislation • Management and optimization of tax risks • control of salary accrual and disbursement • Calculation of income tax and insurance • Accounting and control of the company's assets and liabilities • Monitoring of receivables and payables • Organizing and conducting inventory • Management of accounting department employees • Implementation of internal control systems • Cooperation with external and internal auditors • Preparation of necessary documentation for tax inspection • Involvement in the preparation of the construction cost estimate plan/fact Requirements: • Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or other relevant field • At least 2-3 years of experience in the position of senior accountant or chief accountant • Experience working in a construction company will be considered an advantage • Thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (Ifrs). • Complete knowledge of the Tax Code of Georgia and applicable accounting regulations • Possession of Acca certificate will be fully considered an advantage • Knowledge of the accounting software Balance will be considered an advantage • Possession of Excel at Advanced level • Ability to effectively manage time and strictly adhere to deadlines • Detail oriented and high sense of responsibility • Analytical thinking • Team work and effective communication skills We offer: • Meal/lunch • Premium health insurance package • Opportunity for professional and career development
